1. Presentation

The website occo.art is an e-commerce for artworks, as well as various articles and services related to the art world. The owner of OCCO Art (hereinafter OCCO) and the e-commerce website www.occoart.com is Gesportalia Global Services S.L. (hereinafter Gesportalia), with registered tax address at Calle Miñana 3-Bajo, 46002-Valencia, Spain; and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia, Volume 8564, Book 5852, Folio 140, Section 8, Sheet V117805 .

3. a) Rights and duties of registered users.
   By registering as a user of OCCO, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in this document, as well as additional legal terms. Every registered user has the right to consult, modify, and/or cancel any personal information in their profile. The user agrees to provide only truthful and original information, free of copyrights. Any offensive or xenophobic content is strictly prohibited .
4. b) Duties and responsibilities of OCCO.
   OCCO commits to treating personal information in accordance with current laws, maintaining the portal’s correct operation, and addressing user complaints. OCCO is not responsible for user opinions or the misuse of the portal.
5. c) Suspension of use.
   Any user who infringes these terms may be terminated immediately and without prior notice, losing all associated benefits and discounts .

3. Online Store Conditions
4. a) Purchase Conditions.
   These conditions regulate the legal relationship for purchases made on the OCCO website. By making a purchase, the Customer declares they are of legal age and have the capacity to contract .
5. b) Nature of the Purchase Contract.
   Through this contract, OCCO sells and the Customer purchases the product specified in the order or invoice .
6. c) Price.
   Prices are indicated in Euros and include the corresponding VAT. OCCO reserves the right to modify prices, but orders will be invoiced at the rates in effect at the time of registration .
7. d) Payment Methods.
   Payments can be made online via debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard…) or bank transfer. Data is protected via encryption. OCCO does not store banking details on its servers .
8. e) Product Availability.
   Offers are valid while they appear on the website and as long as stock is available. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the buyer will be notified and offered the option to cancel .
9. f) Shipping Times.
   The standard delivery time is less than 15 calendar days from processing. No shipments are made on weekends .
10. g) Shipping Rates.
    Shipping costs are calculated during the order process based on address, weight, and volume .
11. h) Delivery.
    The buyer must check the package upon delivery. If it is damaged or wet, they should not accept it. Any internal anomalies must be reported via phone or email .
12. i) Return and Warranty Policy.
    Orders can be canceled before shipment. Returns are allowed within 14 calendar days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs .
13. j) Return Conditions.
    Products must be in their original packaging and perfect condition. Once verified, the price will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
14. k) Rights and Obligations.
    OCCO is obligated to provide the service with maximum guarantees and transparency. The Buyer is obligated to provide truthful data and fulfill the payment .
15. General Provisions
16. a) Validity.
    These conditions are valid as long as they are published. OCCO reserves the right to modify them without affecting prior contracts .
17. b) Severability.
    If any clause is declared null, it will only affect that specific part, while the rest remains in force .
18. c) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any conflict will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain .

In accordance with Spanish data protection laws (LOPD/GDPR), OCCO informs that data is collected legitimately and stored in automated files with necessary security measures to ensure confidentiality.
